Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to the services provided by ETSUKO Enterprise Co., Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through the SUTE-DO website (the “Service”). By purchasing or participating in any coaching sessions, programs, or workshops, you agree to this policy.

General Policy

SUTE-DO coaching services are designed as experiential and personal development programs. Due to the nature of these services, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

Individual Sessions

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in advance. If notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, the session may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

Programs and Courses

For multi-session programs or courses:

  • Cancellations requested prior to the program start date are accepted.
  • Once the program has commenced, cancellations are not permitted.
  • Specific conditions may vary depending on the program and will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy

Individual Sessions

Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. If a session is canceled in accordance with the 24-hour cancellation policy, the fee will be applied to a rescheduled session rather than refunded.

Programs and Courses

  • Full refunds are available if cancellation is requested within a specified timeframe prior to the program start date.
  • Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the timing of the cancellation request.
  • No refunds will be provided once the program has started.

No-Show Policy

If a participant fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited. No refunds or opportunities for rescheduling will be provided.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies, the Company may review cancellation or refund requests at its sole discretion.

Changes to This Policy

The Company reserves the right to update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this website with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
